Brian N. Lathen celebrates six years as an associate of Swanson, Lathen, Alexander, McCann & Prestwich
SALEM, OR, September 21, 2010 /Hispanic PR News/ -- Brian N. Lathen, Associate of Swanson, Lathen, Alexander, McCann & Prestwich, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in personal injury law.
With six years of experience as an associate of Swanson, Lathen, Alexander, McCann & Prestwich, Brian N. Lathen is responsible for representing plaintiffs, preparing for trials, and litigating personal injury and criminal defense cases. Mr. Lathen spent two years in Argentina on a church mission, where he learned to speak fluent Spanish. He became involved in his profession because of his desire to follow his father's footsteps, and to help the Spanish-speaking community. He attributes his success to the inspiration he received from his father, who is a lawyer.
Mr. Lathen received his JD from Willamette University in 2004. He is a mentor and guest speaker for Willamette University, a board member of the Marion County Medical Legal Group and a member of the Marion County Bar Association, the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Oregon State Bar, and The American Association for Justice.
