Sharon L. Frazier Named to Exclusive Membership Organization
A creative professional and music educator, Sharon L. Frazier is passionate about finding new and unique ways to help all students be successful
TUSTIN, CA, July 13, 2010 /Hispanic PR News/ -- Sharon L. Frazier, Teacher at Tustin Unified School District, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.
With 18 years of professional experience, Ms. Frazier attributes her success to her role models, and the support she receives from her mother. As a teacher for the Tustin Unified School District, she teaches California standards to fourth and fifth grade students, and develops the curriculum for music. Other responsibilities include managing assessments for 34 students, attending parent and teacher conferences, and assisting students and training teachers.
A gifted and talented education coordinator, Ms. Frazier is a part of the school leadership committee. She is also involved in the department of education program, providing help for English as second language learners in advance placement as well as preparation of social studies for juniors and higher secondary students. In addition to receiving the Paul Douglas Teacher Scholarship, she was a nominee for the Teacher of the Year Award in 2003, 2005, 2009 and 2010.
Ms. Frazier is licensed in teaching multiple subjects and in single subject music, and holds a certification in cross cultural language acquisition development, in the State of California. In 2008, she earned her Master of Education in School Administration from Concordia University. She is a member of the California Association for the Gifted, the California Teachers Association, and the National Education Association.
