Industry Leader Rose Kilroy Added to the Cambridge Who's Who Network
Rose Kilroy received the Anne Gardner Harris Award for being an Outstanding Spanish Student
BILLINGS, MT, July 06, 2010 /Hispanic PR News/ -- Rose Kilroy has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in her career.
Ms. Kilroy has 13 years of overall professional experience. She is a retired English as a Second Language and Spanish teacher. She taught English to all nationalities in the United States as well as Japanese speaking students at a community center in Tokyo. Prior to her teaching career, she served in the United States Air Force.
In 1980, Ms. Kilroy earned her Master's Degree in Asian Studies from the University of the Philippines. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education in 1970 at the University of Central Missouri. She also holds a lifetime teaching certification (K-12). A member of the American Association of University Women and the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, she received the Anne Gardner Harris Award in 1970 for being an Outstanding Spanish Student. Additionally, she received the Vietnam Service Medal, the Humanitarian Service Medal with oak leaves, the National Defense Service Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal with oak leaves, and the Outstanding Unit Award.
